      目的 探讨实训基地培训模式在护士机械通气护理技能学习中的应用效果。方法 选取60名毕业第2年进入专科培训阶段的临床护士,随机分为观察组和对照组各30名,进行机械通气护理理论与操作技能的培训。对照组采用传统模式培训,观察组采用实训基地模式培训,对2组护士均进行月操作考试、终末理论考试和操作抽考。结果 观察组月操作考试成绩、终末理论考试成绩及操作抽考成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论 实训基地培训模式整合医院临床资源,增强护士学习主动性,提高护士机械通气护理技能,效果显著,值得推广应用。

      【】 Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of the mode based on clinical training in mechanical ventilation nursing skills in training of the nurses. Methods: The chosen object was sixty clinical nurses graduated from two years and was ready to the phase of specialized nurses training. The sixty nurses according to randomization method were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. All of them were trained mechanical ventilation related theoretical and operational skills. Control group was trained by the traditional way; observation group was cultivated by the model based on clinical training. The effect of training was evaluated by monthly practice examination, final theoretical examination, and operational sample examination. Result: The grade of observation group was better than the control group. The difference showed statistically significant in the theoretical and operational result (p<0.01). Conclusions: Application of model based on clinical training could integrate clinical resources adequately, and improve nurses" initiative and enthusiasm. This new model was useful to popularize specialized skills and was helpful for the hospital to enhance the overall level of critical care.
