| 目的：研究两种不同护理培训模式对社区护士糖尿病知识水平的影响。方法：采用便利抽样法抽取闵行区10家社区医院,在每个社区医院中按随机数字表法各抽取10名护士,共100名。将10家社区医院按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组由5家社区医院的50名护士组成,对照组选择理论授课——操作培训——统一考核常规封闭式集中培训模式,实验组选择自由选择培训课程——统一考核——竞赛制末位淘汰的新型开放式培训模式。3个月后比较两组糖尿病护理知识掌握情况和对培训的满意度。结果：对照组糖尿病知识得分从(55.56±6.21)分提高到(66.46±2.67)分,实验组从(55.12±6.79)分提高到(75.52±4.15)分,两组结果具有统计学差异(t=12.98,P值＜0.01)。培训满意度对照组为(72.58±2.42)分,实验组为(77.58±1.97)分。实验组得分明显高于对照组,两组结果具有统计学差异(t=11.32,P值＜0.01)。结论：新型开放式培训模式的培训满意度更高,对提高社区护士糖尿病护理知识水平更显著。 |

| Objective: To study the influence of training model with diverse competition on the level of diabetic knowledge of community nurses. Methods: 100 nurses were randomly selected from 10 community hospitals according to the voluntary principle and divided into experimental and control groups.There were 50 nurses in each group and they were carried onScentralismStraining.The control group selected normal training model containing theoretical teaching,operation training and unifiedSexamination.The experimental group selected theSopenStraining model containing courses that they could freely choose, unifiedSexamination and competition.Three months later,the diabetes knowledge and the satisfaction on training between two groups were compared before and after the training.Results: The diabetic knowledge score of the control group increased from( 55.26 ± 6.21) points to(66.46 ± 2.67) points, and the experimental group’s increased from (55.12 ± 6.79) points to( 71.82 ± 4.15) points. The scores of the experimental group wereSsignificantly higher than those in the control group,Sthe difference between the twoSgroupsSwas statistically significantS(t= 12.98,SP < 0.01).The degree of satisfaction on training in the control group was( 72.58 ± 2.425)points, and the experimental group’s was (77.58 ± 1.97)points, the difference between the twoSgroupsSwas statistically significantS(t= 11.32,SP < 0.01)Conclusion: The degree of the satisfaction on training of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and The level of knowledgeSof diabetes care of community nurses was improved more significantly. |
