      【】目的 开展针对护士的死亡教育课程的实验研究,为死亡教育课程对护士照护临终患者的态度影响提供证据。方法 以某三级甲等医院急诊科护士为实验对象,采用对照研究实施死亡教育课程。结果 组间比较发现,干预前两组照护临终患者的态度量表(FATCOD)得分无统计学差异(p=0.543),干预后实验组FATCOD量表得分显著高于控制组(p=0.004)；对干预前后控制组和实验组FATCOD量表得分差值进行比较,干预前后实验组FATCOD量表得分升高的幅度大于控制组,两组得分差值比较有统计学意义(p< 0.001)。组内比较发现,控制组干预前后FATCOD量表得分差异无统计学意义(p=0.613),实验组干预前后FATCOD量表得分分值升高,且差异有统计学意义(p=0.002)。且干预后,实验组持正向态度的研究对象比例显著高于控制组(p=0.035)。结论 死亡教育在一定程度上促进了护士对照护临终患者及家属态度的正向改变,课程具有必要性和有效性。

      【】Objective To conduct experimental study to provide useful guidance for further study and education in this field. Methods A design of pretest-posttest experiment with control group was performed in an Emergency Dept. to examine the effectiveness and feasibility of the curriculum plan. Results Quantity data of experiment showed that no significant difference on pretest scores of Frommelt Attitude Toward Care of the Dying scale(FATCOD)in the control and experimental groups was detected(p=0.543),The post-test scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p=0.004). The post-test scores of FATCOD in experimental group were higher than those in the control group (p< 0.001). No significant difference on pretest and posttest scores of the control group was detected(p=0.613), significant difference on pretest and posttest scores of the experimental group was detected(p=0.002).The number of nurses with positive attitudes in the experimental group is more than that in the control group (p=0.035). Conclusion The curriculum positively impacted the attitude of students toward death and care of the dying to some extent; it was necessary, effective and acceptable.
