      目的 探讨安全进食监测单在住院老年痴呆轻中度吞咽障碍患者摄食管理中的应用效果。 方法 选取符合纳入标准的住院老年痴呆患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用常规饮食干预方法;观察组采用自制的安全进食监测单进行为期6个月的摄食安全管理护理干预,对具有进食误吸风险的关键性因素进行跟踪性护理干预。统计两组患者接受干预前后的生活质量及呛咳、吸入性肺炎、窒息的发生率。结果 两组治疗6个月后,观察组生活质量显著优于对照组(均P<0.05),饮食意外的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 安全进食监测单的应用能有效改善老年痴呆轻中度吞咽障碍患者的生活质量及降低饮食安全意外发生率,提高了患者进食的安全性,值得推广应用。

      Abstract: Objective: To?investigate?the effect of the swallow safely monitoring sheet in the feeding management of the hospitalized senile dementia patients with mild-to-moderate dysphagia. Method: 60 hospitalized senile dementia patients with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 30 cases each. The patients of control group were just given routine diet intervention, while the patients of observation group were conducted the feeding safety management of nursing intervention with self-made swallow safely monitoring sheet for 6 months, and made traceable nursing intervention for key factors of the risk of aspiration in feeding. Then summarize the quality of life, incidence?rate of bucking, aspiration?pneumonia and asphyxia of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention. Result: After 6 months, the quality of life of the patients of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (all P < 0.05), and the incidence rate of diet accident of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion: The application of swallow safely monitoring sheet can effectively improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence rate of diet accident of senile dementia patients with mild-to-moderate dysphagia, and it can also improve the security of taking food for the patients, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
