      摘要：目的 探讨标准化沟通模式在重症监护室转出交接中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年1-6月转出重症监护室患者216名，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组108例，采用常规模式交接。观察组108例，采用标准化沟通模式交接患者。通过制订患者转出交接表格，标准化转出交接流程等措施 ，规范重症监护患者的转出交接。结果 运用标准化沟通模式后，观察组患者转出交接中护理不良事件的发生率，护理文件书写不完整情况发生，均少于对照组差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。转运前后, 两组患者生命体征比较，观察组较对照组平稳，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 标准化沟通模式的应用，规范了患者交接流程，促进转出交接的安全性，促进信息的有效沟通。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect of SBAR communication transfer model in ICU patients’ rolling out transfer．Methods A total of 216 cases selected from intensive care unit patient rolling out transfer from January 2014 to June 2014. They were randomly divided into the control group (n=108) and observation group (n=108). The control group received routine transfer model. The observation group received SBAR communication transfer model. According to use the SBAR communication technique, a hand-off checklist and standardized hand-off procedure for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit were applied. Results After SBAR communication transfer model application，the transition problems，the integrity of nursing document writing and the change of vital signs transfer process in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of SBAR communication technique can standardize the hand-off procedure for patients，improve the security of transferring and promote the communication effectively.
