      【摘要】 目的 探讨环节质量管理在控制新生儿输液外渗中的应用，评价新生儿输液外渗的护理安全管理方法。方法 通过对实施环节管理模式前后新生儿输液外渗发生率、输液外渗发生程度以及发生输液外渗后护士主动上报率进行分析。结果 在新生儿输液外渗中运用环节质量管理，能有效降低输液外渗的发生率和发生程度；提高护士输液外渗的主动上报率；数据经统计学处理,各项指标的差异均有统计学的显著意义 (P﹤0.01)。结论 在控制新生儿输液外渗中合理运用环节质量管理，能提高新生儿静脉输液护理质量与安全，为临床提供了科学有效的护理管理方法。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of neonatal transfusion extravasation by hierarchy management model and nursing safety management Methods To compare difference with the incidence and nurses' cognition degree of neonatal transfusion extravasation, active reporting rate of nurses after hierarchy management model Results The incidence and degree of the neonatal transfusion extravasation could be reduced, active reporting rate could be improved by using hierarchy management model. There are significant statistical difference. (P < 0.01). Conclusion Nursing quality and safety could be improved in handle with the neonatal transfusion extravasation by using hierarchy management model, thus it could provides a scientific and effective management methods for clinical.
