      摘要：目的 研究ICU护士的主要压力源；研究ICU护士工作压力和焦虑情绪的相互关系。方法 采用护士工作源压力量表和焦虑自评量表（SAS）对上海几家综合医院的ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果 ICU护士的主要压力源为病人护理方面压力、管理及人际关系方面压力和护理专业及工作方面压力；ICU护士工作压力与焦虑情绪显著正相关；工作压力增加，焦虑情绪加重。结论 ICU护士工作压力大，存在焦虑情绪，减轻ICU护士工作压力是当务之急。
英文摘要:
      Abstract:Objective to study the main pressure source of ICU nurses; The ICU nurses working pressure and the relationship of the anxiety. Methods the nurse work pressure source scale and self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS) in several hospitals of Shanghai's ICU nurse questionnaire investigation. Results the main pressure source of ICU nurses care for the patient pressure, management and interpersonal relationship and the nursing profession and work pressure; ICU nurses job stress and anxiety was significantly positive correlation; Working pressure increases, the anxiety worse. Conclusion the working pressure of nurses in ICU is major,reduce the ICU nurses job stress is a priority
