      目的 分析眼底病手术配备专科洗手护士在手术中的效果，为制定相关制度提供依据。方法 2014年8月整群抽取眼科当月所有眼底病手术共391台，随机分为配备专科洗手护士组和无专科洗手护士组，术后均采用自制医生满意度问卷对主刀医生进行调查，内容包括术前准备、术中配合和术后整理3部分，并进行术后访谈。结果 配备专科洗手护士组的医生在术前准备、术中配合、术后整理的满意度均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义；配备专科洗手护士组的医生对易损耗器械的养护满意度更高，差异具有统计学意义。结论 眼底病手术配备专科洗手护士使手术更加安全和高效，并延长器械使用寿命，提高医生满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the effect of the specialized scrub nusre in the vitreoretinal surgery, and to provide the basis for the protocols of the surgery. Methods Totally 391 consecutive vitroretinal surgeries in Aug. 2014 were included. They were randomly divided in to 2 groups: one with the specialized scrub nurse and the otherwithout. The major surgeon were inquired by the satisfaction questionnaire of the Eye and ENT Hospital of Fudan University. The questionnaire consists of 3 parts, including preoperative preparation, intraoperative?cooperation，and postoperative clearing.Results Surgeries with the special scrub nusre had significantly higher degree in the satisfaction questionnaire than those without the scrub nurses. Surgeries with the scrub nusre had significantly better reservation for the quick-wear instruments.Conclusion The specialized scrub nurse in the vitroretinal surgery makes surgery more safe and effective, provides better reservation to the? quick-wear?instruments,?and gets better satisfaction by the major surgeon.
