      目的 了解复治肺结核患者患病期间的病耻感经历,并分析其应对措施。方法 选择2015年1月至4月我院就诊的复治肺结核患者22例作为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法和半结构式访谈方式进行深入访谈,对获得的访谈资料进行进一步整理分析,对病耻感经历的心理体验主题进行提炼。结果 22例患者均完成访谈,共提炼出4个主题,分别是对治疗结果怀疑和否认、对疾病的治愈失去信心、主动回避社会交往、对家庭有惭愧和内疚感。结论 对存在病耻感经历心理体验的复治肺结核患者,应根据其心理体验向指导患者采取主动积极的应对方式,并协助患者完善社会支持干预系统,从而减轻复治肺结核患者心理压力。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the experience of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and to analyze the countermeasures. Methods From January to April 2015,22 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated by our hospital were treated as the research object,used the phenomenological research methods and semi structured interviews were in-depth interviews, further consolidation analysis of the interview data and experiences of stigma of mental experience theme refining. Results 22 patients were completed the interview, a total of 4 themes were extracted, namely,the treatment of the results of doubt and denial, Cure for the disease to lose confidence, the initiative to avoid social contacts,with shame and guilt for the family.Conclusion On existing experiences of stigma psychological experience of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis patients should be based on the psychological experience to guide the patients to take active coping style and assist patients to improve the social support intervention system, thereby reducing the retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with psychological stress.
