      目的 探讨静脉药物配置中心输液软袋破损原因及有效干预措施。方法 选取2014年7~12月我院静脉药物配置中心输液软袋破损情况作为研究对象。分析输液软袋破损的发生率和发生原因,并提出一系列相应干预措施。采集之后的2015年1~6月输液软袋破损数据,对这两组数据进行统计分析,分析干预措施的效果。 结果：干预前输液软袋破损发生率为0.042%,实施干预后,破损发生率降至0.025%,干预前后有非常显著差异(p<0.01),各种原因导致的输液袋破损均因干预而减少。结论：根据原因分析实施有效干预措施可降低输液软袋的破损率,提高输液成品的质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To discuss causes of and measures to prevent soft bag injection’s breakage in our Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS). Method: Analyzing causes of soft bag injection’s breakage of our hospital PIVAS from July to December in 2014, we toke a series of interventional measures to prevent the injection’s breakage of soft bags. The injection’s breakage rates of soft bag obtained before interventional measures are compared with that collected from January to June in 2015, after interventional measures. The data are processed statistically, and it was analyzed that the effect of interventional measures to prevent the injection’s breakage of soft bag. Result: The injection’s breakage rate of soft bag was 0.042% before taking interventional measures, but, it decreased to 0.025% after the procedures. There is a very significant difference between them(p<0.01). All kinds of causes resulting in the injection’s breakage of soft bag were effectively controlled. Conclusion: Based on the reasons analysis of the injection’s breakage of soft bag, the interventional measures taken by us could effectively decrease the injection’s breakage rates of soft bag, and increase the quality of soft bag added drugs from our PIVAS.
