目的：了解新入职儿科护士对职业礼仪知识及规范化培训的需求情况,为制定有针对性的培训方案提供依据。方法：选取2014—2015年上海儿童医学中心的新入职护士72名,采用自行设计问卷,包括仪容仪表为、行为举止、语言规范、人际沟通与交往能力这几个项目、26条目,于每批新护士发放调查问卷。采用SPSS22.0软件包对原始资料数据价进行整理和统计分析。了解新入职护士职业礼仪规范程度,新入职护士对培训的需求。结果：仪容仪表方面对妆容的需求最大,平均分为2.57。行为举止方面对举止稳重需求最大,平均分为2.15分。语言规范方面对健康知识指导需求最大,平均分为2.15分。人际沟通与交往能力方面对沟通技巧需求最大,平均分为2.0分。结论：新入职护士对职业礼仪培训规范化有一定的需求,护士较好的护理礼仪可满足病人的心理需求,有利于深化整体护理。

英文摘要:

Objective To understand the requirements of the newly-entered pediatric nurses for the knowledge and training of professional etiquettes, and to provide the basis for the development of targeted training programs. Methods A questionnaire survey of a convenience sample of 72 among the newly-entered nurses in SCMC including appearance, behavior, specification language, interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills. SPSS22.0 software package is used to analyze the data. Results the maximum grooming requirements in is how to makeup, the average score was 2.57. How to behavior is another large demand, the average score of 2.15 points. The greatest demand for health knowledge guidance is the average of 2.15 points. Learning the communication skills is also a great demand , the average score of 2 points. Conclusion the new recruits nurses have certain requirement to the professional etiquette training standardization, the nurse"s good nursing etiquette can satisfy the patient"s psychological need, is advantageous to deepen the whole nursing.
