      目的 探讨体检中心实施“并列-互补型”医护模式对提高体检者满意度的效果。方法 采用问卷调查法对我科2014年8月由某事业单位组织的200例体检者进行调查,以了解其对体检各个环节的满意度,2015年6月在体检工作中实施“并列-互补型”医护模式,对同组对象进行追踪调查,比较实施前后体检者满意度的差异。 结果 实施“并列-互补型”医护模式后,体检者的对服务态度、项目组合、体检流程及诊室环境等满意度均有显著提高(p<0.05)。结论 在体检工作中实施“并列-互补型” 医护模式推动医护质量的进步,提高了体检者满意度,是体检中心发展的新要求、新趋势。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of medical check-up satisfaction after the implementation of the "parallel complementary type" mode in the Health Service Center of Shanghai Changzheng Hospital. Methods Through a questionnaire survey, a institutional organization of 200 healthy persons from our department in August 2014 were investigated in order to understand the satisfaction and compare the satisfaction difference after the implementation of "parallel complementary medical mode” in 2015 June. Results: After the implementation of "parallel complementary medical mode, it was reinforced that the satisfaction of the service attitude, project portfolio, physical processes and clinic environment (P < 0.05). Conclusion After the implementation of "parallel complementary medical model", it promoted the progress of medical quality, improved the medical satisfaction, which is a new requirement and trend in Health Service Center.
