      〖〗 目的 评价新增健康教育处方对消化科介入患者健康教育的效果。方法 便利抽样法抽取实施健康教育处方前的患者为对照组,进行常规健康教育;增加健康教育处方后的患者为观察组,根据不同的疾病制成独立的处方并在介入前应用,介入后强调。结果 观察组患者对健康教育效果评价优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论及时有效的健康教育处方对促进疾病康复和提高患者满意度有重要意义。

      Aims: To evaluate the effect of additional health education prescription on the outcome of health education in patients receiving gastrointestinal interventions. Methods: Patients without health education prescription were randomly allocated to the control group, undergoing regular health education; patients with health education prescription were allocated to observational group, in which individual prescription accustomed to specific disease was assigned before and reinforced after the intervention. Results: The response rate in observational group concerning the effect of health education was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Effective health education prescription plays an important role in promoting disease recovery and patients" degree of satisfaction.
