      目的构建新建三级医院的不同岗位级别护士培训课程,精细培训程度,提升培训效果。方法以参与式行动研究法为框架,以找出问题、理清状况、发展行动策略、修正等步骤,来进行本行动研究。结果研究者及行动参与者从培训需求、课程设置的目标、方法、内容开展建设,成功构建了各能级护士培训课程。课程运行反馈提示,各能级护士均获得了临床业务水平的提高。结论行动研究法是解决临床护理教育领域内实际问题的有效方法;依据不同能级设置不同培训课程,有效的解决了护士参与学习的主动性,提高了培训效果。
英文摘要:
      Aim: To construct the training curriculums for nurses at each clinical ladder in the new-established tertiary hospitals, subdivide the training extent and enhance the training effect. Method: Apply survey research, literature research, expert meeting research and other methods to collect and analyze data within the framework of action research. Result: Researchers and participators of the training successfully established the nurse training curriculums at each clinical ladder on the basis of the construction in aspects of the needs of training, curriculum goals, methods and content. Feedback of curriculums’ running suggests that the clinical operation level of nurses at each ladder has improved. Conclusion:Action research is an effective method to solve practical issues in the field of clinical nursing education; Setting various training curriculums at different clinical ladders will enhance nurses’ initiative of the studying involvement and improve the training effects.
