      【摘要】目的 深入了解精神科护士遭受工作场所暴力的心理体验，对精神科护士提供正性应对和人性化管理提供依据。方法 采用方便抽样法和半结构式访谈，对某三级甲等精神专科医院的15名临床护士进行访谈，用现象学研究法分析获得的资料。结果 精神科护士遭受暴力的心理体验包括：恐惧与愤怒、无助与失望、焦虑与抑郁、困惑与迷茫、低价值感与离职意向。结论 精神科护士在遭受工作场所暴力会出现复杂、强烈的心理反应，一方面护士要正确认识职业性质，积极采取正性的应对方式；另一方面，管理者要持续关注暴力事件，加强专业技术的培养和能力的提升；另外，医院层面要完善相应的保障机制，积极为护士营造一个安全的职业环境和舆论环境，提升精神科护士的职业价值感和幸福感。
英文摘要:
      【s】 Objective The purpose of the study is to understand the psychological experience and coping styles of psychiatric nurses suffered from workplace violence. Methods Twenty clinical nurses in a tertiary psychiatric hospital were interviewed with the method and semi structure interview. Results Psychiatric nurses suffer psychological violence experience includes: angry and confused, helpless and hopeless, anxiety and fear, self blame and guilt; Nurses on the way to deal with the violence: actively respond to or negative coping style, low value and turnover intention, supporting system needs urgently. Conclusions The psychiatric nurses suffering workplace violence will appear complex, intense psychological reactions, and affect the stability of occupation and career development, the hospital management department not only to build a support system for nurse life safety and social security, but also to strengthen of nurses in prevention and treatment of violent ability training, and actively create a safe working environment for nurses, improve the nurses professional sense of belonging and happiness.
