| 目的 探讨阶段性强化教育对功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术(functional endoscopic sinus surgery,FESS)患者鼻腔冲洗治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取268例FESS术后患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=134)和对照组(n=134)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合阶段性强化教育,连续干预6个月。比较两组患者治疗依从性及术腔上皮化情况。结果 观察组和对照组治疗依从性分别为95.5%(128/134)、67.2%(90/134),观察组患者治疗依从性显著提高(P＜0.05)。术后第8周,观察组和对照组术腔上皮化率分别为25.4%(34/134)、15.7%(21/134)；术后第12周,观察组和对照组术腔上皮化率分别为43.3%(58/134)、27.6%(37/134)；术后第24周,观察组和对照组术腔上皮化率分别为94.8%(127/134)、78.4%(105/134)。观察组患者术腔上皮化率均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 采用阶段性强化教育,可显著提高患者FESS术后鼻腔冲洗治疗依从性,促进术腔恢复。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of efficacy of stage strengthened education on compliance of nasal irrigation after functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). Methods 268 patients after FESS were divided into observation group (n=134) and control group (n=134). The control group was given to routine nursing, and the observation group was given to stage strengthened education, for 6 months. The compliance and epithelization situation were compared between two groups. Results The compliance of observation group and control group respectively was 95.5%(128/134) and 67.2%(90/134), the compliance of observation group significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05). At postoperation 8<sub>th</sub> week, the epithelization rate of observation group and control group respectively was 25.4%(34/134) and 15.7%(21/134). At postoperation 12<sub>th</sub> week, the epithelization rate of observation group and control group respectively was 43.3%(58/134) and 27.6%(37/134). At postoperation 24<sub>th</sub> week, the epithelization rate of observation group and control group respectively was 94.8%(127/134) and 78.4%(105/134). The epithelization rate of observation group significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Adopt stage strengthened education after FESS, can significantly increase compliance of nasal irrigation, and enhance operation cavity recover. |
