      目的：分析住院治疗的女性不孕患者及其配偶的院外护理知识需求有无差异，以指导护士有针对性地进行院外护理健康教育。方法：对60例住院治疗的女性不孕患者及其配偶于出院日采用自行设计的知识需求量表分别进行调查与对比分析。结果：患者及其配偶均认为知识需求为中等程度重要。其中对疾病知识类的知识，患者认为比较重要，而配偶认为非常重要，其差异有显著性（t=2.02，P＜0.05）。结论：本研究结果为不孕症家庭的延伸护理提供了重要的依据，可以利用知识需求量表分别对不孕症患者及其配偶给予指导，以改善患者的心理状况，达到提高生活质量的目的。
英文摘要:
      Objective: to analyse the hospital treatment of female infertility patients and their spouses for court demand difference between nursing knowledge, targeted to guide nurses in hospital nursing health education. Methods: 60 cases of hospital treatment of female infertility patients and their spouses in the design of the date of discharge from the knowledge demand scale investigation and comparative analysis, respectively. Results: the patients and their spouses that demand for moderate important knowledge. Patients with the knowledge of disease knowledge, think the more important, the spouse that is very important, the differences are significant (t = 2.02, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the results of this study was to infertility provides an important basis for the extension of family care, can take advantage of the knowledge demand scale of infertility patients and their spouses to give guidance, to improve the patient's psychological condition, achieve the purpose of improving the quality of life.
