| 目的 探究综合护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果。 方法 收集2014年1月~2016年3月在陕西省肿瘤医院妇瘤科行宫颈癌根治术的患者病历资料及护理记录，按一定的纳入排除标准将2014年1月~2015年2月236例设为对照组；2015年3月~2016年3月的229例设为实验组，对照组实施传统宫颈癌术后常规护理；实验组在常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率及其凝血功能，进行统计分析。结果 ①对照组出现下肢肿痛、活动受限等血栓样症状者 23 例，发生率9.75%；实验组出现下肢血栓样症状者 8 例，发生率 3.49%，实验组下肢深静脉血栓发生率显著低于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.302，P=0.007）；②实验组术后一周的凝血指标均显著优于同期对照组且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）； 结论 综合的护理干预措施对宫颈癌根治术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果显著，可有效降低患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率，同时亦可改善其凝血系统指标。 |

| Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity of cervical cancer after operation. Methods 229 patients with cervical cancer undergone surgeries in the tumor hospital of Shaanxi province from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as intervention group, positive comprehensive nursing interventions were used to prevent the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis for them, while 236 cervical cancer women after surgeries from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as control group to be given normal nursing interventions, then the incidence of the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and coagulation system indexes were compared. Results ①The incidence of the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis of intervention group were lower than control group and significant different was found between the two groups（χ2=7.302，P=0.007）；②The coagulation system indexes of intervention group were better than control group at the same time after surgeries significant different was found between the two groups（P＜0.001）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity of cervical cancer after operation is obvious, it not only can effectively reduce the incidence of the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, but also improve the coagulation system indexes for patients with cervical cancer. |
