      【】目的 调查上海地区孕妇对分娩计划知晓及实施情况。方法 选取2015年7至11月上海市某三级甲等专科医院产后2-3天的产妇352例,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行问卷调查,包括一般人口学资料、分娩计划的知晓及实施情况、产妇的分娩结局等。结果 共计发放问卷352份,有效回收332份,其中36.1%的产妇知晓并参与制定了孕期分娩计划,63.9%的产妇不了解且未接受分娩计划。参加组与未参加组在年龄、学历、产时陪伴及分娩结局方面的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 分娩计划在孕妇群体中的知晓度及实施情况有待进一步推广。加强围产期分娩支持性服务举措,提高孕妇计划分娩准备度和自信心是促进自然阴道分娩的必要措施。

      【】Objective To investigate nulliparous women’s awareness and utilities of birth plans in Shanghai. Methods A self-designedquestionnaire survey was carried out from July to November in 2015in two 3A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai.352 postpartum women were investigated in terms of their demographic data, awareness and utilities of birth plan and their childbirth outcomes. Results 352 questionnaires were distributed and 332 were valid. Among the valid questionnaires, 36.1% of the women knew of and participated inbirth plans, while the remaining 63.9% had no idea of and implemented the birth plans. There were significant differences between the two groups in age, educational level, companion in labor,labor analgesia and childbirth outcomes (P＜0.05). Conclusions The awareness and implementation of birth plans among nulliparous women need to be promoted in the future. It is recommended that labor support interventions, women’s birth preparations and confidence need to be developed and improved through birth plans, thus achieving the goal of natural vaginal birth.
