中文摘要:

目的了解个体化音乐疗法对择期冠脉介入患者焦虑的影响。方法选择择期冠脉介入治疗患者200例,随机分成音乐治疗组和对照组,每组100例,音乐治疗组采取个体化音乐疗法,对照组仅进行常规护理,对照两组患者的焦虑变化。结果两组患者情绪变化有显著性差异,音乐治疗组的情绪障碍较对照组明显改善。结论个体化音乐疗法可以有效减轻择期冠脉介入治疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪障碍,值得推广应用。

英文摘要:

Objective: To investigate the influence of individualized music therapy on anxiety of patients undergoing selective coronary intervention. Methods: 200 cases of selective percutaneous coronary intervention patients were randomly divided into music therapy group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The music therapy group were given individualized music therapy, and the control group were only given routine nursing. Compare the anxiety change of two groups. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups in the mood change, and the anxiety in the music therapy group was significantly improved compared with the control group. Conclusion: Individualized music therapy can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing selective coronary intervention, and it is worth promoting and applying.
