      目的：同侧上肢正压接头输液与血压监测在术中的应用观察。方法：选择我院施行的上肢骨折手术患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组各40例。两组都在健肢输液与监测血压。观察组以正压接头的阳性端连接留置针,以正压接头的阴性端连接输液器乳头顺时针旋转900,形成无针密闭输液系统在输液。对照组留置针直接与输液器乳头连接。观察记录两组回血率、堵管率的情况。结果：观察组回血率、堵管率发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：同侧上肢正压接头输液与血压监测在术中无明显回血、无堵管,减少护理工作量,减少耗材的使用,减轻患者经济负担,消除患者术中不必要的恐惧感。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To observe the combined application of the infusion using positive pressure connector and the measurement of blood pressure on the homolateral upper limb in operations. Methods: 80 patients undergoing operations for upper limb fracture in our hospital were equally randomized allocated into the experimental group and the control group. The infusion and the measurement of blood pressure in the two groups were all performed on the uninjured limbs.
