      现代社会面临着前所未有的老龄化压力,随之而来的慢性创面发生率也在逐年增高。创面愈合是一个比较复杂的病理生理过程,需要非常专业的治疗和护理。另外,现代创面护理无论从理念上还是技术上,较之传统创面护理都有了非常大的改变,因此,尽管护士参与创面护理已有上百年历史,建立现代化的正规的现代创面护理培训体系是十分必要的。然而,目前我国的创面护理培训体系存在较多急待解决的问题,人员构成和分配不平衡(绝大多数为女性,绝大多数伤口治疗师分布在三甲医院),培训课程的专业深度不足(专业技术、创面咨询和教学、创面科研),缺少非专业技能培训,职业伤害培训不充分,培训课程过于单一无法选择等。
英文摘要:
      The modern world has more aging people without precedent and accompanying the incidence of non-healing cutaneous wounds is increased than ever before. Wound healing is a complex process that need very professional therapeutics and nursing; in addition, the theories and methods of treating chronic wound are quite different from tradition, while these support the need to establish a formal modern wound care specialty training system, although nurses have been practice wound care for hundreds of years. However, the Chinese formal education for nurses has many problems to be solved, including personnel composition and hospital distribution imbalance (most is female and in the 3A hospital), professional level is not enough (technique, knowledge and the ability in wound consulting and teaching, wound scientific research), the lack of non-technical skills training, inadequate training of occupational hazards, training content and curriculum is too monotonous and has no choice.
