了解甲状腺癌颈淋巴结清扫术后乳糜漏的成因、表现和治疗,总结乳糜漏的护理要点,为临床护理工作提供参考。通过对乳糜漏的概述和护理两大方面,对乳糜漏进行了综述。乳糜漏一般在术后24h～72h内被发现,主要表现为伤口引流出米汤样白色液体或血性引流液混有白色液体,其发生原因主要为解剖结构因素,少数为施术者因素。治疗以非手术治疗如无脂饮食、三角巾包扎等为主；护理方面则重点阐述了乳糜漏的病情观察、饮食指导和伤口护理等；乳糜漏的预防以术中预防为主,术中发现可先行精确结扎或缝扎。

英文摘要:

To understand the causes, manifestations and treatment of chylous leakage after dissection cervical lymph node of thyroid carcinoma, and summarizing the nursing points of chylous leakage, to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Summarizing chylous leakage through the overview and nursing of chylous leakage. Chylous leakage is usually be found in 24h ~ 72h after surgery.The main clinical manifestation is that the wound drainage outflow of white liquid or bloody drainage mixed with white liquid.The main reason is the anatomical structure, and sometimes associated with the operater. The treatment is mainly based on non operative treatment, such as fat free diet, bind up with triangular scarf, and so on. Nursing focuses on condition observation, diet guidance and wound care of chylous leakage. The prevention of chylous leakage is mainly on intraoperative prevention. When chylous leakage be found in the operation, can be first accurate ligation.
