      目的 探讨PDCA循环管理方法在加强与完善临床病区医用冰箱管理中的应用效果。 方法 在临床病区冰箱管理的过程中,运用PDCA持续质量改进的方法进行冰箱管理。通过对2014年7月～12月全感染科6台冰箱进行现场调查,收集并记录各病区冰箱管理过程中的不规范行为,分析相关原因,制定相应的培训、考核、持续改进计划。结果 2015年1月～2015年5月查不规范行为发生率低于2014年7月～12月,临床各病区医用冰箱管理质量得到提高。 结论 PDCA循环管理通过计划、实施、检查和处理,使得病区冰箱的管理更加安全规范。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA circulation management in strengthening and improving the management of medical refrigerator in clinical ward. Methods In the process of the clinical ward refrigerator management, use the PDCA continuous quality improvement program to manage the clinical ward refrigerator. From July to December in 2014, irregularly management of 6pcs refrigerator in infections disease departments was field investigated, collected and recorded. And as well, related reason was analyzed. Then according this, the corresponded training, assessment, continuous improvement program was carried out.
