      目的 了解糖尿病视网膜病变患者的焦虑情况,并且分析其焦虑的相关因素。方法 采用方便抽样的方法,向2015年6月—2016年6月在复旦大学附属华山医院住院治疗的80例糖尿病性视网膜脱离病人发放一般资料调查表及焦虑自评量表,然后运用SPSS17.0统计软件对资料进行统计分析。结果 80例糖尿病视网膜病变患者焦虑值高于常模,而且性别、另眼情况、复发次数以及对疾病的了解程度与糖尿病视网膜病变患者焦虑有统计学意义。结论 糖尿病视网膜病变患者焦虑情况较普遍,其相关因素可能为性别、视力情况、复发次数和对疾病了解程度。需要引起临床护士的关注,加强对他们进行心理护理的力度,制定有针对性的心理护理措施,避免他们因焦虑影响治疗以及康复。
英文摘要:
      Objective This study attempts to discover the perioperative anxiety of diabetic retinopathy patients and analyze the related factors to it. Methods Convenient Sample Method is adopted. Material and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was distributed to eighty diabetic retinopathy inpatients in Huashan Hospital from June, 2015 to June, 2016. SPSS17.0 is used to analyze the returned questionnaires for the related factors to anxiety. Results The anxiety of diabetic retinopathy inpatients is higher than often mold. And the related factors to anxiety of diabetic retinopathy inpatients are gender, eyesight, recurrence times and knowledge of diseases. Conclusion The results display that incidence rate of anxiety among diabetic retinopathy inpatients is ordinary and related factors are gender, eyesight, recurrence times and knowledge of diseases. We should arouse the concern of nurses to enhance their psychological care, and develop targeted psychological care to avoid influencing treatment and recovery.
