英文摘要:
      Emergency department is the window of a tertiary hospital and the important place to rescue critical patients. The patients’ condition is so complex and emergency nurses must have a strong professional competence. Due to the severe stress, more and more nurses choose to leave. Therefore, the quality of the nursing service is affected. The reason of emergency nurse's leaving and the corresponding measures is summarized in this article.
