【】目的了解护理研究生的择业效能感状况,探讨不同年级、生源地、专业认同度护生的职业效能感差异,为高校护理教育及就业指导提供依据。方法使用一般情况及择业效能感问卷对11所高校187名护生进行调查。结果总体择业效能感较高((3.43±0.45)分),但学绩和职业信息收集维度得分相对偏低,且不同年级、不同生源地及不同专业认同的护生,其择业效能感存在较大差距(p<0.05)。结论护理研究生的择业效能感发展水平不一,需重点加强专业能力训练和职业信息渠道的拓宽,并针对低年级、农村及镇生源、专业认同度低的护生加强职业教育规划。

【】 Objective To investigate the occupational choice self-efficacy of nursing master, discuss the difference among nursing master degree student in different grades, hometwons, professional interests. Methods 187 nursing master degree students were investigated with the general quesionnaire and the Occupational Choice Self-efficacy Questionnaire. Results The occupational choice self-efficacy of students was positive(3.43±0.45), but the score of professional accessment and information collection were relatively low. There were significant differences among nursing master degree student in different grades, hometwons, professional interests(p<0.05). Conclusion The development of nursing students’ occupational choice self-efficacy is unblanced, the nursing schools should strengthen the professional training,broadening the channels of professional information, and strengthen targeted career education for the students in lower grades, from country and town, and those who have no interests on nursing.
