      目的 电风暴为ICD 术后较常见的危重并发症之一,通过将临床护理路径引入到ICD植入术后并发电风暴患者的护理流程中来,实现有效控制或减少电风暴的发作,延长ICD使用寿命,进一步提高患者的生活质量。 方法 结合我科实际情况,制定ICD术后并发电风暴患者临床护理路径表格,表格内容包括入院指导、治疗、用药、心理、饮食、活动、健康宣教,出院指导等,对本科室全体护理人员进行临床护理路径内容的培训,使每位护士掌握路径实施方法。 结果 出院前进行健康教育知识测试及满意度调查,6例患者健康教育知识掌握均达标、满意度大于90%。 结论 通过临床护理路径在ICD术后并发电风暴患者中的应用,既能减少住院天数,降低医疗费用,提高患者健康教育达标率和满意度,也能提高护士工作效率和积极性,规范护理行为,使患者得到全面、持续的护理。
英文摘要:
      Objective electrical storm is one of the more common ICD postoperative severe complications, the clinical nursing path into after ICD postoperative and electrical storm were nursing procedure to, effectively control or reduce the onset of an electrical storm, prolong the service life of the ICD, to further improve the quality of life of patients. Method Combined with the actual situation of our department, we made clinical nursing pathway table on the patients ICD postoperatively combine with electrical storm, table of contents including admission guidance, medication, treatment, diet, activity, psychology, health education, discharge guidance and of undergraduate course room nursing staffs of clinical nursing path content of training, make every nurses mastered the path implementation method. Result Before discharge, the health education knowledge and satisfaction survey were carried out, and 6 cases of health education knowledge were all up to the standard, and the degree of satisfaction was greater than 90%. Conclusion Through the clinical nursing pathway used in ICD postoperatively combine with electrical storm, both reduce the length of hospital stay, reduce the medical cost, improve the patients health education standards and the rate of satisfaction, but also can improve the efficiency of nurses and enthusiasm, standardize nursing behavior, make the patient to be comprehensive and continuing care.
