中文摘要:
      目的 培养具有创新精神和应用能力的综合护理人才。方法 在借鉴国内外团队导师制模式基础上,通过组建导师团队,采取“学思结合”、“知行统一”、“因材施教”及“自学能力”相结合的教学方法,对8名入选医院护理人才库成员进行为期二年的团队导师制护理人才培养。结果 8名学员在护理管理、护理教学、护理科研及护理实践能力等方面有明显提高。结论 护理领域应用团队导师制人才培养方式,有助于跨科室间临床护士护、教、研等综合能力的提升,有利于培养更多具有创新精神和应用能力的护理人才。
