      目的：探讨研究集束化护理策略在降低腹膜透析患者感染发生率中的作用。方法：将自2012年12月至2014年11月在我院接受腹膜透析的75例患者为研究对象,对患者分组并采用不同的护理方式进行腹膜透析护理,并对评价指标内容进行分析统计。结果：采用集束化护理的观察组的感染发生率为5.26%显著优于采用常规护理的对照组的16.22%,比较差异值P＜0.05,具有统计学意义。结论：对腹膜透析患者采用集束化护理策略能有效降低患者的感染发生率,显著提高患者的透析效果,有较高的护理价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the role of cluster nursing strategies in reducing the incidence of infection in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods: from December 2012 to November 2014 in our hospital to accept section 75 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients as the research object, divided the patients and nursing care of peritoneal dialysis using different nursing methods, and the evaluation index to analyze the content of statistics. Results: the incidence rate of infection in the observation group was 5.26%, which was significantly better than that of the control group with routine nursing, and the difference was P < 0.05, which had statistical significance. Conclusion: the use of cluster nursing strategy for peritoneal dialysis patients can effectively reduce the incidence of infection, significantly improve the dialysis effect of patients, there is a high value of care.
