      目的 探讨PICC健康球操对PICC置管术后患者并发症生率的干预效果研究。方法 选择2015年血液科室所有PICC置管术后65例患者作为研究对象,并对所有研究对象进行描述性的分析,同时分为实验组和对照组,实验组采取PICC健康球操加上口头健康宣教干预方法对患者进行干预,对照组采取口头健康宣教,在三个月以后进行两组的对比。结果 三个月以后,同时两组的对比结果有显著性差异(P<0.05),说明PICC健康球操结合口头健康宣教在减少患者术后并发症发生率方面低于单纯的健康宣教组。结论：在规范下PICC健康球操的实行结果下,PICC置管术后患者的并发症发生率远远低于临床一般的健康宣教,这样减少患者的痛苦和费用代价。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the PICC of the PICC health ball intervention on postoperative complications in patients with tube rate. Methods: all departments in 2015 blood after PICC catheterization in 65 patients as the research object, and makes a descriptive analysis of all the research objects, and divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group adopted PICC health ball plus oral health education intervention methods in patients with intervention, the control group took oral health education. We will Comparison of two groups in three months. Results: after three months, and the comparison of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), PICC combined with oral health ball health education in reducing postoperative complications incidence rate is lower than that of pure health education group. Conclusion: the results of PICC specification under health basic, after PICC catheterization in patients with the complication rate is far lower than the general clinical health education, thus reducing the pain of patients and the cost of.
