      目的 探讨改良操作流程对支气管哮喘患儿呼出气一氧化氮（FeNO）检测的影响及相关的护理措施。方法 选取2016年4月~2016年6月上海儿童医学中心临床明确诊断为支气管哮喘并能规范治疗的患儿共60例，每位患儿进行2次检测，第1次先予常规操作流程进行测定，第2次予改良后操作流程进行测定，比较同一患儿两次检测的FeNO值的差异，并探讨相关护理干预对检测FeNO的重要性。结果 改良组患儿FeNO检测值高于常规组（t=-2.015，p=0.046），差异有统计学意义。结论 改良操作流程可以提高支气管哮喘患儿FeNO检测的准确性和检出率，规范的护理措施是保证检测结果准确的重要环节。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective: To study the influence of procedure improvement and nursing to Fractional exhaled Nitric Oxide test (FeNO)in children with bronchial asthma. Methods: 60 children diagnosed as bronchial asthma in Shanghai Children’s Medical Center from April 2016 to June 2016 were tested 2 times,the first time children were tested in routine operation process,the second time were tested in improved process. Comparing the difference of the FeNO value between the two groups,then discussing the importance of the nursing intervention in the testing of FeNO. Result: There was significant difference of FeNO values between the two groups（t=-2.015，p=0.046）. Conclusion: The procedure improvement can increase the accuracy and relevance ratio of FeNO in children with bronchial asthma. Standard nursing measures have an important value to insure the accuracy of FeNO test.
