中文摘要:
      目的 建立一套科学、可持续、专业化的母乳喂养支持体系。方法 以“阶段变化理论”为理论框架，在前期文献研究、质性访谈的基础上，通过专家咨询法（Delphi法），建立贯穿孕期-产时-产后的母乳喂养支持体系。结果 经过18名母乳喂养专家的2轮专家咨询，问卷回收率均为为100%，权威系数为0.92，各级指标协调系数分别为0.639，0.228，P值均<0.01，具有统计学意义。最终确定的基于阶段变化理论的母乳喂养支持体系包括5项一级指标（5各阶段及其干预时间）和26项二级指标（各阶段支持内容）。结论 系统科学的母乳喂养支持体系为提高母乳喂养率及母乳喂养持续时间，促进产妇、婴儿健康提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore a Breastfeeding Support System based on Transtheoretical Model. Methods A total of 18 experts in different regions across the city of shanghai choose two rounds of consulting by Delphi method. Results The questionnaire collecting rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were both 100%, the authority degree coefficient was 0.92 and the coordination coefficient was 0.639 and 0.228, the significant test result of the coordination coefftcient was P<0.05．The breastfeeding support system developed by this paper contained 5 first-grade indicators，26 second-grade indicators . Conclusion The way to establish the breastfeeding support system is scientific and easy to understand．It also provides a clinical technical guidance for nursing．
