【】目的：探讨科学有效的护理用药安全管理方法,为用药及患者安全提供保障。方法：总结2013年～2015年新华医院崇明分院护士在药品管理、使用等过程中各种风险防控的方法和举措,比较护理用药缺陷、隐患、防差发生率,并调查比较护士用药规范掌握情况。结果：护理用药缺陷、隐患发生率2013年～2015年比较逐年降低,用药防差率逐年升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护士用药规范掌握率升高,与2013年比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：规范化护理用药管理体系和手段,能降低用药中的危险值,提升医院的护理管理水平,保障患者的安全。

英文摘要:

ObjectiveTo explore scientific and effective nursing medication safety management methods, which guarantees drug and patient safety.Methods summarizing a variety of methods and measures of risk prevention and control in 2012 ~ 2014, xinhua chongming hospital nurses in the process of drug management, and use, comparing nursing drug defects, hidden dangers, prevent differential rate, and investigating nurses about the knowledge of drug specifications.ResultsNursing medication defects, hazard incidence from 2012 to 2014 reduced year by year, drug prevention rate increased year by year, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The rate of nurses mastering theknowledgeof drug specification increased, compared with 2012, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionsStandardized nursing medication management system and method, can reduce the risk in the medicine value, enhance the level of hospital nursing management, ensure the safety of the patients.
