      目的 探讨护理人文关怀对无痛人流患者的焦虑心理疏导作用和麻醉效果的影响。方法 将120例接收无痛人流术患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各为60例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上加强护理人文关怀。评估比较两组术前焦虑评分、心率、血压,术中丙泊酚总量、唤醒时间、呼吸抑制反应,术后1h焦虑评分和疼痛评分等指标。 结果 观察组术前心率、血压、焦虑评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05), 术中丙泊酚总量、唤醒时间、术后1h焦虑评分和疼痛评分等指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 护理人文关怀通过缓解无痛人流患者的焦虑情绪,可以减少丙泊酚麻醉药量,提高麻醉效果。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the influence of nursing with humanistic care intervention on anxiety and anesthesia effects in patients with painless induced abortion．Methods 120 patients treated with painless induced abortion from October,2015 to September, 2016 were devided into two groups, observation group and control group, according to random number table method．The routine nursing was received in each case of control group, while nursing with humanistic care intervention was performed in observation group．The clinical evaluations included the assessment of patients, psychological factors such as anxiety score, heart rate, blood pressure before operation; propofol dosage,awaken time,respiratory inhibition during operation and pain intensity one hour after operation. Results The anxiety score, heart rate, blood pressure in observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05), and the propofol dosage,awaken time were much better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Releasing anxiety mood of patients with painless induced abortion by nursing with humanistic care, is beneficial to reduce dosage of anesthesia drug and to improve the effect of anesthesia.
