      马凡综合征是一种少见的常染色体显性遗传性的结缔组织性疾病，主要累及心血管、骨骼和眼等器官组织。心血管系统的病变主要表现为主动脉特发性扩张、主动脉夹层动脉瘤，可伴有主动脉瓣关闭不全。此病的主要死亡原因为扩张的主动脉瘤夹层破裂及升主动脉扩张致主动脉瓣严重返流而造成的难以控制的心力衰竭（1）。手术治疗是治愈该病的唯一方法。我院于2016年1月收治一例马凡综合征患者，现将此例手术的手术护理配合报告如下。
英文摘要:
      Objectives To investigate the measures, key point and effect of perioperative care of Bentall"s operationSfor Marfan"s syndrome. Methods Reviewed the experience of nursing 1 pat- ients undergoing Bentall"s operation in our hospital in 2016 and summarized the nursing characteristics, management o f fluid balance, and administration of drugs during the operation. Results The operation was successful, noSperioperativeScomplications occurred, and removed ofSendotracheal within 24 hours. Monitor showed HR、ART were smooth and the tubes drainage were Unimpeded, Drained little.The operationSspentS7hours,SandSblood lossSwere recoveredSby theSCell Saver. Conclusions Sufficient preoperative nursing preparation, close and skillful cooperation, maintenance of steady hemodynamic during the operation, proper administration of drugs, and prompt blood transfusion as well as fluid in fusion are most important for Perioperative care of Bentall"s operationSfor Marfan"s syndrome.
