      目的：探讨生理盐水快速冲管结合体位深呼吸法纠正PICC导管原发性异位的效果。方法：选取66例PICC导管原发性异位的患者,其中32例为实验组,34例为对照组。对照组采用传统方法,实验组采用生理盐水快速冲管结合深呼吸法,比较两组导管异位调整成功率、导管异位调整一次成功率、一次异位调整的时间。结果：实验组对对照组导管异位调整成功率、导管异位调整一次成功率无统计学差异(P＞0.05),实验组时间明显少于对照组时间(P＜0.05)结论：运用生理盐水快速冲管结合深呼吸法纠正PICC导管原发异位复位率高,用时少,值得在临床推广使用。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of correcting PICC catheter primary ectopia by quick washpipe of saline combined with posture deep breathing. Method: 66 cases of PICC catheter primary ectopic patients are chosen, with 32 in the experimental group and 34 in the control group. The control group uses traditional methods, while the experimental group applies quick washpipe of saline combined with posture deep breathing, to compare the success rate of the catheter ectopic adjusting, the success rate of catheter ectopic adjusting once, and the time of catheter ectopic adjusting once between the two groups. Result: The experimental group is compared with the control group, and there is no statistics difference (P> 0.05) in the success rate of the catheter ectopic adjusting and the success rate of catheter ectopic adjusting once. The experimental group uses less time than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: With high restoration rate and less time spent, correcting PICC catheter primary ectopia by quick washpipe of saline combined with posture deep breathing is worthy of being used and popularized clinically.
