      目的 探讨造血干细胞移植患者不同移植时间内生活质量与社会支持的关系，以期从社会支持角度出发，提高患者生活质量。方法 便利抽取2016年5月到2016年12月于苏州市某医院就诊的231名成年患者为研究对象，应用领悟社会支持量表及生活质量评定量表进行问卷调查。结果 造血干细胞移植患者的生理健康状况在移植1年以后逐渐好转（P<0.01），移植后3-12个月患者所感知到的家庭内支持得分最低（P<0.05）；社会支持与患者的生活质量呈显著正相关（r=0.0.415，P<0.001），并且在移植后1-3个月两者相关强度最大（r=0.516，P<0.001）。结论 社会支持与造血干细胞移植患者的生活质量密切相关，护理人员应充分重视和利用社会支持，提高移植后恢复期患者的生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the relationship between quality of life and social support in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in different time, in order to improve the quality of life of patients from the perspective of social support.Methods A total of 231 HSCT patients were recruited from May 2016 to November 2016 in Suzhou hospital,They were investigated with a demographic questionnaire,Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-BMT(4.0) and Perceived Social Support Scale.Results Physiological status of HSCT patients was gradually improved after 1 years of transplantation(P<0.01); Patients who post 3-12 months after transplantation exercised the lowest family support(P<0.05);Social support has a significant positive correlation with the quality of life of HSCT patients(r=0.0.415，P<0.001),and at 1-3 months after transplantation, the correlation intensity is the biggest(r=0.516，P<0.001).Conclusion Social support is closely related to the quality of life in HSCT patients,nurses should pay more attention to the effect of social support to improve the quality of life of HSCT patients in long time.
