      目的 通过在自然分娩中实施会阴无保护分娩技术，发现实施会阴无保护分娩技术遇到的问题，提出相应的对策，保障会阴无保护分娩技术顺利进行。方法 运用质性研究的方法，采用深度访谈法收集符合纳入标准的12例个案资料，用现象学方法进行分析。结果 助产士在实施无保护分娩过程中遇到的问题主要分为孕妇方面和助产士方面。孕妇方面包括会阴体条件差、孕期体重增长过度及孕妇依从性欠佳；助产士方面包括经验不足和支持不足。结论 通过充分评估产妇条件、发挥助产士的作用，做好孕期健康教育、产时有效指导以及提高助产技术可有效推广会阴无保护分娩技术。
英文摘要:
      Objectives Through the implementation of unprotected perineum delivery in natural childbirth,found the problems ,put forward the countermeasures and Safeguard the technology. Method Using qualitative research methods, using the method of depth interview to collect data of 12 standard cases, phenomenological method are analyzed. Results The problems in the process of unprotected childbirth are midwives and pregnant women. Pregnant women aspects including the perineal body condition, excessive weight gain during pregnancy and pregnant women in poor adherence; Midwives aspects including deficiency of experience and support. Conclusions Through fully assess maternal condition, play the role of the midwife, completes the pregnancy health education, intrapartum effective guidance and improve the skills of midwifery can effectively promote the perineum unprotected delivery technology.
