| 【】目的：了解现阶段医务人员对“医养融合”养老模式的态度,为“医养融合”养老模式的有效开展提供依据。方法：采用自行设计的“医务人员对医养融合养老模式的态度调查问卷”对132名医务人员进行调查并组织半结构式座谈。结果：赞同一级医院和二级医院建立养老机构的医务人员比例分别为63.0%和56.6%；72.4%医务人员赞同医院与养老机构建立帮扶关系；71.6%医务人员赞同医院与养老机构建立双向转诊制度；70.0%医务人员赞同医养融合养老收费高于一般养老收费；77.9%医务人员赞同医养融合养老模式持续、成规模建立。医务人员对“医养融合”养老模式态度与其工作时间及职称呈正相关。结论：医养融合应在一级医院和二级医院建立养老机构或部分一级、二级医院和专科医院转型为医养结合型康复医院或养老院；在医院与养老机构建立帮扶关系及双向转诊制度；医养融合养老费用在政府调控下应高于一般养老费用；医养融合模式应在资源统筹整合的基础上持续、成规模建立。 |

| : Objective: To investigate and analyze medical staff’s attitude towards the aged care mode of “combination of cure and care” and provide evidence for the policy maker. Method: Investigate 132 medical staffs by self-design scale of medical staffers’ attitude towards the mode of “combination of cure and care”, and organized a semi-structured discussion among them. Result: There were 63 percentages and 56.6 percentage populations have an option for establishing pension institutions by combing the resources of primary hospitals and secondary hospital. There were 72.4 percentage populations have an option for establishing helping relations between hospital and pension institutions.71.6 establishing a two-way referral system between hospitals and pension institutions 70.0 percentage medical staff holds that mode of combining endowment and medical’ pension charge fees should be higher than the general pensions’.77.9 percentage medical staffs hope the mode of “combination cure and care” can establish continuously and largely. There is a positive correlation between the medical staff attitude towards the mode of “combination cure and care” and the length they work, professional title. Conclusion: “combination cure and care” should set up pension institutions between primary hospitals and secondary hospital. It is fit for transforming primary hospitals, secondary hospital and specialized subject hospital to a rehabilitation hospital combining endowment and medical or pension institutions. Establishing helping relations and a two-way referral system between hospital and pension institution. The fee of “combination cure and care” should be higher than general pension costs under the government regulation. The mode of “combination cure and care” should establish continuously and largely on the basis of resources integrated. |
