      【】 目的 探讨门诊应用整体式护理干预对于原发性开角型青光眼患者的眼压、依从性、满意度等方面的影响。方法 选择在瑞金医院门诊多次复诊的原发性开角型青光眼患者98例,随机将患者分为干预组52例、对照组46例。对照组只使用常规护理,实验组除常规护理外还针对性使用门诊整体护理干预,开展调查问卷、针对性健康宣教、电话随访、专题讲座等。观察 比较两组患者健康教育知识掌握情况、依从性、眼压情况、对护士工作满意度。结果 经过门诊整体式护理干预后,患者在眼压、满意度、焦虑度、疼痛度、依从性等方面都较对照组有显著改善 (P<0.05) 结论 门诊整体式护理干预可以有效提高门诊原发性开角型青光眼患者健康知识掌握程度,使患者自觉采取健康行为,合理用药,积极配合医疗护理,提高患者对医护人员的满意度。

      【】Objective: To investigate the influences of the application of outpatient integral nursing intervention for patients with primary open-angle glaucoma on their intraocular pressure, patient compliance and satisfaction.Methods: 98 patients diagnosed with primary open-angle glaucoma followed-up in RuiJin hospital outpatient department were enrolled. Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, intervention group (N=52) and the control (N=46). Only conventional nursing care was applied to the control group. In addition to the routine nursing care, specific outpatient integral nursing care, questionnaire, specific health education, telephone follow-up and seminars of glaucoma were applied to the patients of the intervention group. Observe and compare the differences of health care education, patients’ compliance, intraocular pressure and degree of satisfaction for the nurses between the 2 groups.Results: There were significant differences of patients’ intraocular pressure, degree of satisfaction for the nurses, anxiety, pain and compliance between the 2 groups. The intervention group was better than the control (P<0.05).Conclusion: Outpatient integral nursing intervention can effectively improve the outpatient patients with primary open-angle glaucoma in terms of health knowledge level, help patients to adopt healthy behavior consciously, rational drug use, actively cooperate with medical care, and improve patient satisfaction of medical staff.
