中文摘要:
      目的 比较使用植入式静脉输液港的肿瘤患者在输液后和输液周期结束拔针时分别使用生理盐水或肝素钠封管的效果，推荐合适的封管方式。方法 将120例植入式静脉输液港的肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。观察组每天输液后采用10ml肝素钠生理盐水（100U/ml）脉冲式正压封管，1个输液周期结束拔针时先用10ml生理盐水脉冲式冲管后再用5ml肝素钠生理盐水（100U/ml）正压封管。对照组每天输液后采用10ml生理盐水脉冲式正压封管，1个输液周期结束拔针时用10ml生理盐水脉冲式正压封管。观察两组患者静脉输液港的堵管发生情况。结果 在每次输液后和输液周期结束拔针时使用生理盐水和肝素钠封管效果差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）结论：对于静脉输液港的封管方法，建议使用生理盐水封管，因其安全性、有效性、经济性、可操作性强的优点，值得推广应用。
英文摘要:
      To compare the sealing effect of normal saline or heparin sodium among tumor patients using implantable intravenous infusion port at the ending of infusion or pulling out the injection pipette and recommend an appropriate way of sealing. Methods There were 120 cases of tumor patients using implanted intravenous infusion port were randomly divided into observation group and control group and 60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with 10ml heparin sodium saline (100U / ml) pulsed positive pressure sealing tube every day. After the end of the infusion cycle, the rats were treated with 10ml normal saline and then washed with 5ml heparin sodium saline (100U / Ml) positive pressure sealing tube. The control group was treated with 10ml normal saline positive pressure sealing tube after 10 days of infusion, and 10ml normal saline was used as the positive pressure sealing tube. The occurrence of occlusion in the venous infusion port of the two groups was observed. Results There was no significant difference in the effect of normal saline or heparin sodium encapsulation at the ending of infusion pulling out the injection pipette (p>0.05).Conclusion The usage of normal saline in sealing intravenous infusion port was recommended in common practice, because of its safety, effectiveness, economy and operability.
