      【】：目的：探究对医院消毒供应中心实施集中式管理对消毒供应中心护理服务质量以对消毒供应中心的工作效率影响情况。方法：本研究以2013年10月至2014年10使用常规管理方案为对照组,以2015年10月至2016年10月以集中管理方案为观察组,完成后对比两组不同管理模式的管理效果。结果：观察组各岗位每人每小时消毒灭菌包个数显著对于对照组每人每小时消毒灭菌包个数,同时观察组器械、包装盒清洁,器械、包装盒灭菌合格率均高于对照组,同时观察组医源性感染率明显低于对照组医源性感染率,差异具有统计学意义。结论：使用集中式管理可以明显提高消毒供应中心的消毒治疗,降低医源性感染率的同时提升工作效率,具有较大的应用参考意义。
英文摘要:
      : Objective: To investigate the effect of centralized management on the quality of nursing service in sterilization and supply center in the center of sterilization and supply center. Methods: This study from October 2013 to 2014 10 using conventional management scheme for the control group, from October 2015 to October 2016 with the centralized management scheme for the observation group, the management effect of the two groups were compared after the completion of the different management mode. Results: in the observation group, each post per hour sterilization package number significantly in the control group per hour sterilization package number, while the observation group equipment, cleaning equipment, packing box, packing box sterilization rate is higher than the control group and the observation group of iatrogenic infection rate significantly lower than the control group of iatrogenic the infection rate, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: the use of centralized management can significantly improve the disinfection supply center disinfection treatment, reduce the incidence of iatrogenic infection and improve the efficiency of the work, has a great reference value.
