      【】 目的 加强急救设备的安全管理,提高急救设备的管理质量及护理人员急救设备使用能力。方法 健全和落实急救设备安全管理组织和制度,规范急救设备的使用流程,加强对护理人员急救设备理论知识与操作的培训,通过持续质量改进,加强急救设备的安全管理。结果 与2015年相比,急救设备管理效果及护理人员急救设备操作水平有显著提高。结论 加强医院急救设备的安全管理,可有效提高急救设备的管理质量,提高临床工作中的急救设备使用的有效性、安全性。

      【】 Objective To strengthen the emergency equipment safety management, improve the quality of first-aid equipment management and the use of first-aid equipment. Methods Improve and implement emergency equipment safety management organization and system, Standardize the use of first aid equipment process, Strengthen the nursing first aid equipment theory knowledge and operation training, Through continuous quality improvement, strengthen the emergency equipment safety management. Results Compared with 2015, effect of first aid equipment management and nursing personnel emergency equipment operation level can be improved significantly. Conclusion Strengthen the management of hospital first-aid equipment safety can effectively improve the management quality of first aid equipment, improve the effectiveness of clinical first aid equipment used in the work, safety.
