目的探讨在冠心病患者中应用优质护理模式的临床效果。方法本次研究对象来源于我院心内科2015年8月~2016年8月收治的冠心病患者90例,依据护理模式分为分组,其中对照组(n=45)采用常规护理模式,观察组(n=45)采用优质护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组SDS评分为(40.3±4.0)分,SAS评分为(39.7±3.6)分,均明显低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组护理满意度为82.2%,明显低于观察组97.8%,对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论在冠心病患者中应用优质护理临床效果优良,值得推广。

英文摘要:

Objective: To study the clinical effect of high quality care in patients with coronary heart disease. methods Object of this study comes from our heart medicine in August 2015 to August 2016 treated 90 cases of coronary heart disease patients, on the basis of nursing mode are divided into groups, including the control group (n = 45) by routine nursing mode, observation group (n = 45) is made of high quality nursing mode, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results the observation group (40.3-4.0) for SDS score points, SAS score of (39.7-3.6) points, were significantly lower than the control group, compare the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The control group nursing satisfaction was 82.2%, significantly lower than the observation group 97.8%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the clinical effect of high quality care in patients with coronary heart disease is excellent and is worth promoting.
