      【】目的 探讨分娩期护理干预对剖宫产术后阴道试产(trial of labor after cesarean section,TOLAC)孕妇分娩方式、妊娠结局及护理满意度的影响。方法 选择我院TOLAC孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予拟定的分娩期护理干预,比较两组分娩方式、妊娠结 素剖宫产低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(X2=17.535、6.165,P=0.000、0.012),阴道助产比率两组无差异(X2=0.034,P=0.473)。观察组产妇出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.323,X2=0.017),两组产后出血、新生儿窒息及先找子宫破裂发生率均无统计学差异(X2=0.194、0.522、0.837,P=0.791、0.317、0.255),观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(Z=7.191,P=0.005)。结论 分娩期合理的护理干预可以有效提高TOLAC的成功率,减少出血量,提高护理满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the influence of the mode of delivery, outcome of pregnancy, nursing satisfaction on nursing intervention in pregnant women with trial of labor after cesarean section(TOLAC). Methods The pregnant women with TOLAC were collected in our hospital to randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The pregnant women in the control group was given the routine nursing and the intervention observation group was given nursing intervention. The difference were compared about the mode of delivery, outcome of pregnancy, nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results The success rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was significantly higher and the social factors of cesarean section is lower than that of control group(X2=17.535,6.165,P=0.000,0.012).The maternal bleeding of pregnant women in the observation group was statistically the difference was statistically significant (t=3.323, X2=0.017), the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia and uterine rupture to find crack occurrence were not statistically significant (X2=0.194,0.522,0.837, P=0.791,0.317,0.255).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(Z=7.191, P=0.005). Conclusion The nursing intervention in delivery can effectively improve the success rate of TOLAC, reduce the amount of bleeding, improve nursing satisfaction.
