      【】:目的:探讨根因分析法在移动信息技术下提高静脉注射现配现用执行合格率的应用效果。方法:成立根因分析小组,查找移动信息系统应用后静脉注射现配现用不合格的主要因素,采用系统分析图分析原因,制订相应的对策并实施,采取有效的措施提高现配现用合格率。结果:实施根因分析后,移动信息技术下静脉注射现配现用合格率明显提高,由改善前87.51%提高至99.01%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:实施根因分析法提高了信息技术下静脉注射现配现用执行的合格率,提高护士给药时间的准确性,保证了药物的效价和患者的用药安全。
英文摘要:
      Abstracts Aims: To explore the efficacy of the implement of root cause analysis in improving the rate of intravenous injection when it will be used under mobile information technology. Methods: The team of root analysis was established to find the main reasons of unqualified intravenous injection when it will be used after mobile information, following the main two aspects in the management of circulating nurse not in time and the operation lacking standardization. Measures including optimizing the work process and formulating normative system, etc. were conducted to improving the rate of intravenous injection when it will be used. Outcomes: The qualification rate of intravenous injection when it will be used was improve to 99.01% on February 2017 from 87.51% on February 2016 after the implement of target measures, and there was a significant difference before and after the implement. Inclusions: Measures based on the root cause analysis is beneficial to improving the qualification rate of intravenous injection when it will be used under mobile information technology, which ensures the accuracy of nurse administration time, drug effectiveness and the safety of administration for patients.
