| 摘要：目的 PDCA循环在门诊患者健康教育质量管理中的应用，以提高门诊患者健康教育知晓率。方法 应用PDCA管理工具中计划（Plan）、执行（Do）、检查（Check）、处理（Action）的循环法，对我院门诊患者的健康教育进行全面的质量管理与控制，对循环中未解决的问题转入下一循环中解决，进行持续改善与确认效果。结果 全面提升了我院门诊患者的健康教育知晓率与护理质量。将2016年与2014比较，门诊患者健康教育知识知晓率总均分由95.28提高到98.95分。其中，患者的饮食管理知晓率由95.50提升到99.22分；患者的用药与治疗知晓率由93.37提升到97.68分；患者的特殊检查知晓率由95.42提升到99.02分 ；患者的疾病知识知晓率由94.88提升到98.59分。患者的手卫生知晓率由95.62提升到99.07分，患者的心理疏导知晓率由95.69提升到99.05分，患者的预约与复诊知晓率由96.27提升到99.97分，患者的吸烟与危害知晓率由95.48提高到98.99分。结论 在门诊患者健康教育质量管理过程中，应用PDCA循环能使门诊患者的健康教育知晓率有了明显提升。 |

| Abstract: Objective By studying the application of PDCA circulation in the quality management of outpatient health education, we aim to improve the awareness rate of health education for outpatients. Methods Applying circulation method in project management tool: Plan, Do, Check, Action, we made general and comprehensive quality management and control of outpatients in our hospital, and make sure solving the continuous problems which exist in both this and next circulations. Results The rate of health education and nursing quality of outpatients in our hospital were all improved. By comparing 2016 with 2014, the total awareness rate of outpatient health education knowledge increased from 95.28 to 98.95. Among them, the patients' awareness rate of diet management increased from 95.50 to 99.22; The patients' awareness rate of the medication and treatment increased from 93.37 to 97.68; The patients' awareness rate of special examination increased from 95.42 to 99.02; The patients' awareness rate of disease knowledge increased from 94.88 to 98.59; The patients' awareness rate of the hand hygiene increased from 95.62 to 99.07;The patients' awareness rate of psychological counseling increased from 95.69 to 99.05; The patients' awareness rate of appointment and further consultation increased from 96.27 to 99.97; The patients' awareness rate of smoking and harm increased from 95.48 to 98.99. Conclusion In outpatient health education quality management process, the application of PDCA circulation can make outpatient health education awareness rate improve significantly. |
