      产科急危重症具有发病急、病情重、变化快，涉及学科多等特点，因此在救治过程中多学科协调合作，密切配合是保证抢救成功的关键。我院针对产科急危重症产妇采用医护协同分层管理模式，取得了良好效果，并成功救治1例植入性凶险性前置胎盘伴先兆子宫破裂产妇，现报道如下。
英文摘要:
      The obstetric emergency is characterized by rapid onset, serious illness, rapid change, and related to many subjects, therefore, the key to the success of the rescue is multidisciplinary coordination and close cooperation in the process of treatment. Our hospital achieved good results in applying medical coordination management on emergent and critical obstetric department, and Successfully treated one case of embedded dangerous placenta previa with threatened uterine rupture. It is reported as follows.
