中文摘要:
      探讨两种不同包扎方式对微创腋臭切除效果的影响。方法：随访微创腋臭切除病人40例，其中打包包扎法及负压包扎法各20例。比较两组患者伤口愈合及并发症情况。其中打包包扎法7天拆包，换药观察伤口，2周拆线。负压法术后2天检查伤口并拆除引流管，2周拆线。随访时间7－23月，平均13月。结果：两组患者腋臭味道消失伤口均愈合，打包法患者2例出现针孔处红肿，瘢痕增生样。1例伤口糜烂，换药后愈合；负压法有1例术后1天腋窝血肿，清创后愈合，3例伤口糜烂，换药后愈合。结论：腋臭微创手术的两种包扎方法各有优缺点，应根据病人情况合理选择
英文摘要:
      Effectof two different dressing for minimally invasive hircismus resection (Department of operation, Qingpu branch, Zhongshan hospital affiliated to Fudan University. ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effect of two different dressing method forminimally invasive hircismus resection. Methods:Forty patients of bromhidrosiswho underwent minimally invasive hircismus resectionwere reviewed. Of them, 20 patients’ wound were dressed withtie over dressing method, and the other 20 patients were dressed with negative pressure suction with the help of nagetive pressure catheter. The wound was checked and the catheter was removed 2 days later. Stitches were removed 2 weeks later. Follow up time is 7-23 months, average 13 months. Results: All the patients healed well and the strange odor disappeared. All wounds healed with primary healing except 1 in tie over dressing group, and 3 in negative pressure suction group. Four cases healed after changing dressing for several days. Scar formation was seen in 2 cases at the fixed stitched site in tie over dressing group. Hematoma was seen in 1 case 1 day after operation in negative pressure suction group, and debridement was followed. Conclusion: Two dressing methods have their own advantages individually. They should be selected by the patients’ own need and physical condition.
